You keep the peace in the organization and make sure you regularly gauge how your employees are doing. You are responsible for their well-being and education and have an eye for what concerns them. With your knowledge and eye for business, you go for the optimal service and high quality. You proactively crank up improvement processes, because you are P&L responsible and go for the best result! You maintain good contact with local business owners and know how to positively profile yourself and the company.

As branch manager, you will lead +/- 30 colleagues. The branch sits in a prime location next to the highway. The organization is energetic, committed and has vision. With the acquisition of Nabuurs Truckservice’s workshop, considerable growth is in store for Den Engelsen. As such, input from your side is needed to help set up processes and build the facility. A great challenge to shrug off!
