In this role, you will be the point of contact in the conservation department (paint shop). You manage the employees and are responsible for production optimization. You will contribute to improvements regarding safety and quality. You have an understanding of the preservation process and can make analyses on the variables and on the overall process. The final responsibility of lead time, quality, planning and cost is in your hands.
You are the one who improves processes and motivates your team in a coaching manner. As a people manager, you easily link at all levels. You will lead a team of 15 professionals and report to the manager of operations.

- HBO working and thinking level
- Work experience in an equivalent position within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of process optimization such as Lean and 5S
- Experience with MS Office and ERP
- Leadership competencies
- Natural leader, switches at all levels
