Business Manager

No day is the same! As manager you have responsibility for the entire operations of the Apeldoorn branch. You motivate and guide the team and advise customers regarding tire service. You are constantly busy with work execution and customer agreements in order to take the branch to the next level. You are a strong organizer who likes to combine customer and technical sense. You don’t work alone. You work together with the mechanics in the workshop, the branch manager and the field staff. Together you ensure that customers are satisfied and that Heuver’s ambitious goals are achieved. Heuver’s mission statement is therefore, “Our drive to succeed, is your benefit!” Are you the hands-on entrepreneur we are looking for?

•  A completed college education and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic company
• You have strong organizational skills and proven leadership experience
• The customer comes first with you
• If you have an affinity for retail customers you have a plus.

Company Profile

Profile Heuver consists of 13 Profile Car and Tyreservice branches spread across the northern and eastern Netherlands. They specialize in tire service for both residential and commercial markets (agricultural, industrial, truck and earthmoving). In addition to tire and rim specialists, Profile Tyrecenter Heuver also provides MOT and maintenance services for passenger cars.
