Service Advisor BMW
Location: Eindhoven — van Laarhoven
In this independent position, you will be the point of contact for the customer. You supervise the customer from the time he turns in the keys to you until he comes to pick up the car. If required, arrange for replacement transportation. You will consult with the customer and the workshop about the repair or maintenance work. In addition, coordinate and direct the planning of the workshop and man the reception desk. You will also maintain contact with the importer regarding goodwill and warranty claims.
We are looking for someone with a commercial and service-oriented attitude and with lots of energy to take the hospitality and customer satisfaction to the next level.
You will report to the Aftersales Manager
Job Requirements Service Advisor BMW
- An education at MBO level (preferably in the Automotive field)
- Relevant work experience in a similar position where customer contact is key
- A presentable and service-oriented appearance
- Good computer skills (preferably Excel and Autoline & ROB)
- Punctual and proactive and affinity for administration
- Flexible with regard to working hours
- In possession of driving license B
