Service Advisor BMW
Location: Nijmegen — BMW Story Nijmegen
Hospitality, customer comes first and organizer pure and simple. We are looking for a Service Advisor who fits the BMW image and takes service to the next level with energy . You are the first point of contact for the customer on aftersales. Accompany the customer from the time the keys are received to the time the car drives off the premises. Consultations are made about the repair or other maintenance work and when necessary, replacement transportation is arranged. Coordinates and plans work in consultation with the Chief Workshop. You maintain close contact with the customer and with the importer regarding goodwill and warranty claims.
A professional team in which you work with each other to ensure the excellent appearance and service of BMW and Mini in the Nijmegen region.

Job Requirements Service Advisor BMW
- An education at MBO level (preferably in the Automotive field)
- Relevant work experience in a similar position where customer contact is key
- A presentable and service-oriented appearance
- Good computer skills (preferably Excel and Autoline & ROB)
- Punctual and proactive and affinity for administration
- Flexible with regard to working hours
- In possession of driving license B
