Fleet Manager

For FarmTrans in Zevenbergen we are looking for a driven Fleet manager who makes a difference. You will report monthly on the basis of KPIs such as cost, fuel, tires, damages, etc. of the more than 700 tractor and towed units. You provide in the MT compact analyses and improvement proposals. You know how to generate and analyze the right data for this. Annual schedules and budgets are managed and monitored by you. Actually fleet management in the broadest sense of the word. Because of your excellent rapport with suppliers and colleagues, you know what is happening ‘outside’ and respond to relevant developments in the market. You initiate and coordinate improvement projects and plan fleet-related training for mechanics and drivers. You are responsible for the purchasing and sales processes of the vehicles and towed equipment. You will direct the workshop where maintenance and repair of the fleet of vehicles takes place and jump in as needed. In short: you ensure that the fleet of FarmTrans Group continues to operate sustainably and at the highest level of efficiency. You report to the CEO of FarmTrans Group and are a member of the MT.

Job requirements Fleet manager

• HBO degree in the direction of Transportation Science, Automotive Engineering or Technical Business Administration
• Several years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of and experience with automated systems and data analysis
• Analytically strong, decisive and commercial
• Decisive leader, team player, innovator
