For example, consider a coaching program where the focus is on personal effectiveness or taking a course on something you are passionate about. This is also reflected in your daily routine; the number of hours you work per day in relation to your productivity, exercise/sports when you take a break from your screen or freedom to be there for people when needed. When we take good care of ourselves, we are also able to be good to another.

YOUR ROLE

Recruitment & Selection. We guide people in their careers. Often this means that a person goes to a new organization with more knowledge about themselves. Sometimes the conclusion is also that the candidate needs to work through certain issues before he or she is ready to take a new step or, on the contrary, enter the conversation at the current organization. We do this mostly on the basis of partnerships with our clients in the form of exclusive tracks but also from specific candidate requirements.

Basically, you have three primary responsibilities: caring for yourself, candidates and clients. About yourself we have already talked briefly. Caring for candidates involves being proactive, honest and trustworthy. We always want to deliver quality and exceed expectations. While searching & approaching, in interviews or over dinner or a game of padel with a candidate you helped. Most clients come to us through our network. We are a start-up where throttles! We were created with the thought that we want to be good to others. In a network where we can add maximum value. There are more than enough things we can do even better. And the story above really doesn’t always materialize 100% yet. This is where we need you, too. We are together in the office with seven colleagues of NewRoadz in a beautiful building in Zwolle near the English Work.

MONEY AND THE REST

• Salary between €2,200 and €3,000 per month;
• A company car (by arrangement);
• As many days off as you need;
• lunch and snacks.
