YOUR ROLE

As Office Manager at NewRoadz, you are the hub of the office and the empathetic heart of the organization. You make sure everything runs smoothly and effortlessly switch between different tasks and know how to prioritize them. Arranging and supporting the team energizes you!

You will be responsible for supporting management and consultants, such as preparing appointments and managing calendars. You always welcome clients and candidates with warmth and care. You will also perform administrative and financial tasks and play a crucial role in our recruitment process by supporting our consultants in finding the right candidates.

You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, a proactive personality and a relevant college education. We offer you the chance to develop yourself in various ways and hope to learn a lot from you as well!
