With a sharp and strategic understanding of logistics and organizations, you are able to understand and optimize a distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies that ensure continuous improvement in logistics operations and company profitability.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve operational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
• Responsible for budget and cost management.
• Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations and promoting
  best practices in the area of safety and sustainability.
•  Quality and results driven.
  Monitor and adjust performance.

Education and experience

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role within the logistics industry, preferably with experience in fine distribution.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational processes and achieving commercial growth.
