For Flex Rent we are looking for a driven Operations Manager who can lead and support the internal team to the next phase where international growth is part of it!
Flex Rent has been active since 2020 and is part of an international operating group that provides solutions to challenging transport issues worldwide through the rental of special vehicles.
Flex Rent has ambitions to continue the strong growth of recent years further internationally and for that we are looking for you!
The role
As Operations Manager you will fulfill a versatile and challenging position within a young and dynamic team.
You will manage the daily operations and play a key role within Flex Rent.
From coordinating new locations abroad to contract management, supervising tenders and liaising with international customers and partners, it’s all part of your daily tasks.
You effortlessly keep an overview, bring structure to complex processes and are a connecting factor in the team.
What do you bring?
- Minimum of an MBO+ education (logistics/technical field preferred) and relevant work experience;
- A passion for trucks and a solid affinity for the special transportation industry;
- You are eager to learn, a team player, flexible and can change gears quickly;
- Experience with certifications (such as ISO) and affinity with software such as Salesforce;
- Knowledge of insurance is a plus
- You have a good command of the English language due to our international clients and partners.
