Manager Customer Service

For Koopman Autotransport b.v. we are looking for a Manager Customer Service.
You represent the Koopman Autotransport brand, the value and their solutions to both customers and internally.
You represent the voice of Koopman and have a vision on communication and customer contact, you take your team with you in this.

You have a commercial instinct and you understand the logistical processes essential for success.
You are a go-getter with a positive mindset and with your charisma you know how to connect people.
Transparency and clear communication are paramount, and you ensure that everyone always knows where they stand.

With your experience, you lead your team of 10 people and ensure that customers always receive the best service.
You manage both customer relations and your team, and you are not afraid to set the strategic lines and be at the forefront of that.
You create dynamism, bring solidity and think pragmatically about how to provide the best solutions. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues in Noodhorn and Nijkerk to jointly ensure the highest quality.

What will you do?

• You will manage a team of 10 professionals, ensure streamlined communication and collaboratively manage the client portfolio;
• Are the point of contact for both clients and internal teams;
• Combines commercial flair with operational knowledge;
• Works closely with sales and planning to resolve customer inquiries to achieve growth;
• Translates customer needs into concrete solutions and smooth implementation;
• Inspires your team through exemplary behavior and a clear vision of the future.

What do you bring?

• Minimum hbo working and thinking level;
• Demonstrated experience in customer and team management, preferably in a commercial environment;
• Knowledge of logistics and planning is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• You are flexible, pragmatic and have a connecting personality;
