Aftersales Manager
Location: Den Bosch — Pala Group B.V.
In this varied and solid role you will be responsible for effective and motivating management of the after sales activities with the aim of achieving the qualitative, quantitative and profitability objectives. You will manage all after sales employees, choosing an approach that fits seamlessly with the Brabant mentality and professional character of the BMW and MINI brands.
You have a clear vision of after sales, create support within the team and ensure flawless operations. This includes things like proactive after-sales marketing, excelling in customer satisfaction, improving efficiency and increasing profitability. You also coach employees, analyze bottlenecks and initiate improvements. You are responsible for turnover and budget and manage by figures in a people-oriented and enthusiastic management style.
Together with the Sales Manager, the Parts Manager and the Branch Director, you will form the MT.
Job Requirements Aftersales Manager
- A college-level education (preferably in the Automotive field)
- Relevant work experience in a coordinating and/or managerial after sales position preferably in the Automotive industry
- You can be characterized as a motivating, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial and practical leader who can easily “switch” between strategy and practice
- You are also analytical and process strong and able to separate main issues from side issues
- Excellent communication skills, a commercial drive as well as a no-nonsense and hands-on attitude
- You hold service in high regard and are customer focused.
- Stress resistant and highly numerate
