Assistant Controller

As Assistant Controller at Dasko in Almelo you will be involved in financial administration in the broadest sense of the word. As a sparring partner, you will have an advisory role to the Finance Director and you will deal with all kinds of financial administrative tasks. You will work in a team of six colleagues, in addition to you as Assistant Controller, they are the Finance Director and two Administrative Assistants, an IT Coordinator and a Data Analyst. You will provide weekly, monthly and annual reports and will be partly responsible for overall administration. Your areas of work include general ledger management and liquidity management. In addition to these operational tasks, there are opportunities to optimize the processes within financial administration. Also consider support and further development of financial IT systems and BI reporting. Here you really have something to add!
Job Requirements Assistant Controller
- HBO thinking and working level
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in finance
- Experience in preparing BI reports
- Knowledge of and affinity for financial software and ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
- Command of English and German language in word and writing
- Accurate, communicative, no-nonsense
- Analytical doer with an eye for process optimization
