We are thinking of a manager/director who has proven track record as a senior salesperson or branch manager. You are that man/woman who moves comfortably in the premium segment.
In sales and marketing, you are a passionate hunter, rather than a wait-and-see fisherman. Your general level of education is HBO/HBO+, otherwise ambition is a must and further targeted training is a plus.

You will be recognized as someone who values quality and modestly displays it. A common interlocutor who is broadly developed, but especially good at listening. Someone for whom marketing premium products is or will become second nature.
Relations ask about you first and then about the product; you have a natural gunning.

In this broad and challenging position you are ultimately responsible for the results of the Story BMW and MINI branch in Nijmegen. You are a driven natural leader for an enthusiastic team of employees in the departments: sales, workshop, warehouse, rental and leasing.

Yourself you are not only commercially active, but also within the After Sales you have a steering role. With your enthusiasm and proactive attitude, you work in a planned and structured way to increase market share in the region. You possess a broad network in the Nijmegen region and have a good connection with the customer base. 
You will be responsible for the branch budget, customer satisfaction and you will initiate local marketing and advertising policies in consultation in both Sales and After Sales areas. You will report to the Managing Director of Pala Group.

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Multiple years of successful commercial/after sales management experience in a dealership organization
  • Strong affinity for BMW and MINI
  • Commercial and numerical acumen
  • Current network in Nijmegen
  • A hands-on mentality, excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Natural superiority and persuasiveness
