Do you know better than anyone else how to completely unburden customers? Are you commercially and organizationally strong? For our client Profile in Leeuwarden, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, you are the face of the branch and are in charge of the day-to-day management. You will be responsible for the complete operation, customer contact and management of a close-knit team consisting of 9 mechanics, an Assistant Manager and a Receptionist.
Together with your team, you ensure the most efficient operations and always offer the private and business customer an appropriate solution regarding tire service. As a manager, you know how to inspire, motivate and put your employees in the right place. You have a drive to continuously improve the quality and service of the branch. You are results-oriented, monitor schedules and have good overview skills. Even in hectic situations, your creativity does not let you down and you can switch gears quickly.
As the final manager of the branch, you and your team strive for success by achieving (financial) goals. These goals are measured by KPIs. You keep your team closely involved and also provide a nice, pleasant working environment. As Branch Manager, you report to the General Manager.
