Branch manager of Transmission

Self-starter with helicopter view. You have an understanding of transportation processes, are quality-oriented, can structure and build a cohesive team. As branch manager of Pyxis Transmission Transport in Oosterblokker, you are responsible for the daily management of the planning, customer service, drivers, couriers and warehouse staff, a total of 60 FTE. It is a 24-hour operation where is worked in 3 different shifts. Work will take place during the day. In addition to daily management, you will initiate improvements and include employees and management in this process. You are decisive and make the most of available resources. 

We are looking for a candidate who is up to date with the latest developments in transportation. Experienced in fine-grained distribution processes with pallets and packages and sees it as a challenge to score well in ”the-last-mile”. Job Requirements Branch Manager Transmission

• HBO or MBO+ transport & logistics, business administration
• At least 5 years of work experience in transportation and/or logistics
• Numerical and financial understanding
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, accurate and leadership
• Decisive leader.
