Business Improvement Manager
Location: Spijkenisse — Nijman Zeetank
Do you have a passion for logistics, people and processes? Are you the inspiring personality who takes colleagues to the next level? Then you will become the Business Improvement Manager at Nijman/Zeetank!
In this new role, we are looking for a people manager to analyze internal and external processes and initiate and implement improvement projects from there.
From Spijkenisse you analyze the activities of the branches in the Netherlands, Poland and the UK and look for synergy opportunities per branch. First and foremost, you bring people into these improvement processes through your coaching skills. You actively communicate and inform to that end. Enthusiastically take the widely available data to your and process it into applicable improvements. You stand out in this by your creativity and inspiring personality. You are willing to travel several times a year for several days to Poland and the UK. In this staff position, you will work closely with the Group Controller and report to him and the CEO.
Job Requirements Business Improvement Manager
- Minimum of college business administration, technical business administration or logistics management
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Process Improver within logistics
- Knowledge of the latest techniques in data technology
- Excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing
- Structured, analytically strong, process and people-oriented
- Proactive, creative and innovative!
