You are the heart of our company: straightforward, with an eye for a good atmosphere. You will be the first point of contact, guide the team (of 20 professionals) to solutions, and have an eye for detail. Commercial acumen is welcome, but the priority is the well-being and motivation of the team.

You are keen on the requirements of our customers, work closely with the work preparation and together you create detailed quotations in order “to be able to deliver exactly the cargo box that allows the customer to perform his work safely and comfortably.” You have a keen eye for process improvements and are a strategic asset to our management team, where you play an active role in shaping and implementing policies at your facility.

Job Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in automotive engineering or business administration;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position;
• affinity for the mobility industry;
• A balanced mix of commercial and operational skills;
• communicatively strong and decisive.
