As a people manager, you know how to continuously enthuse, motivate and coach employees where needed. You ensure clear communication both internally and towards clients.

As a Business Unit Manager, you know how to properly manage and monitor processes and projects. You secure the quality, keep an overview of the planning and the efficiency of the various logistics flows and projects. With your strategic insight and analytical skills, you optimize the (cost) efficiency of the entire operation. You create support for your improvement proposals through persuasiveness and a good substantiation of your plans. These help grow the business and take the people of Ploeger Logistics to the next level. As Business Unit Manager, you will report directly to the DGA of Ploeger Logistics.
