What we expect from you;
You are responsible for achieving sales. An important part of this is the international sales of our trucks. Your ensures expansion of the dealer network and far-reaching standardization of working methods. To make that happen, you put together a team that goes for the highest level in quality and customer focus. You are willing to travel regularly to maintain the international dealer network. Meet weekly with the operations manager and managing director to discuss ongoing issues and progress.

Job Requirements Commercial Director
- HBO work and thinking level mechanical engineering and/or automotive engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of international commercial leadership experience;
- Be able to work in a planned and structured manner;
- Results-oriented, organizationally strong;
- Helicopter view;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Inventive, problem-solving, proactive and assertive
- Excellent knowledge of German, English and Dutch in word and writing;
- Communication strong at all levels;
