Commercial Director

You will seek new business and expand Coolwin’s network of clients and logistics partners within current and new markets. You create a growth strategy for the coming years and deliver on expectations. In this position, you and your colleagues will continue to build on Coolwin’s excellent name!

We are looking for a Commercial Director with a solid sales background within logistics. You actively seek out new customers and close deals that give substance to the outlined strategy. You generate sales opportunities with existing relationships and create value-added appointments for all interested parties. You are a true connector and know how to manage the tension between commerce and operations like no other. 
Together with the team, you will continuously work on improvements and further prepare the organization for its planned growth. As Commercial Director, you will report to the owner of Coolwin. Participation as an entrepreneur in the organization is negotiable.

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Commercial, down-to-earth and incisive;
• Has an international logistics network;
• Knowledge of Temperature Controlled Logistics;
• Innovative and analytical;
• Liaison and loyal;
• Highly communicative at all organizational levels;
• Results-oriented;
• Entrepreneurial and decisive;
• Language skills: Dutch, German and English. French is a plus.
