You will be responsible for developing and executing both the commercial and product development strategy, with a focus on market expansion, customer satisfaction and innovation….

With your leadership and vision, you translate SnelStart’s strategy into concrete goals, lead new product developments and optimize existing offerings. You manage the teams of marketing, sales, product development and customer service and ensure close cooperation between the departments.

In addition, you will build strong relationships with customers and partners, use market analysis to identify new opportunities and stimulate sustainable growth. As an entrepreneurial and results-oriented director, you are an important link in the strategic direction of the company and the further development of SnelStart.

As Director of Sales and Product, you will translate the Holding’s vision into a commercial strategy focused on customer focus, customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. You develop market expansion strategies and lead the product development strategy, identifying new product opportunities and improving existing products. You define the product vision and value proposition and communicate it convincingly to internal and external stakeholders.

Market and competitive analysis

You are responsible for revenue, market and pricing policies and direct the commercial disciplines, including marketing, sales, product development and customer contact. You perform market and competitive analysis and explore new markets to drive growth. You also build strong relationships with customers and partners and use customer feedback to optimize strategy.

Encourage an entrepreneurial culture

Within the executive team, you bear responsibility for the commercial strategy of the entire company and promote cooperation between departments. You develop sales strategies, monitor performance and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets. You also implement the partner network and promote an entrepreneurial culture.

Strategic policy-making and multi-year plans

As a board member, you are closely involved in strategic policy-making and multi-year plans and play an active role in the development of SnelStart Academy. You work closely with fellow directors to ensure effective cooperation within the company. In addition, you advise the CEO, maintain network contacts and present commercial reports to the board. With your vision and entrepreneurship you shape the function in a motivated way.
