Director of Conditioned Transport

The business is all about constant improvement and there is an innovative mindset. You have an active role in customer contact and know how to capitalize on the opportunities and possibilities to grow the business like no one else. You have several years of management experience and are able to grow with the organization. In the management team you are a solid strategic discussion partner. You are goal-oriented, connecting and initiate the various operational and commercial projects needed for best results.  Your role in this varies from project leader, initiator to coach. You are flexible, stress-resistant and adapt easily in a dynamic environment without losing sight of organizational goals. You are responsible for about 115 FTE of which 4 report directly to you. As you grow, branches in Poland and Belgium may be added. In this role you are P&L responsible for your the Business Unit Conditioned and report directly to the CEO of FarmTrans Group. 

Job Requirements Director of Conditioned Transport

• HBO/WO educated in Transportation Science or Logistics.
• Management experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of the industry and up to date on the latest developments.
• Excellent language skills in Dutch and English verbal and written.
• Organizational, inspirational leadership.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative, strategic and decisive.
