As Director of Software Development, you will translate the Holding’s vision into a future-oriented ICT strategy. You will be responsible for the design and optimization of the IT infrastructure, and you will provide scalable and cost-effective solutions that strengthen collaboration between departments.

Robust information security policy

You manage the entire development process, from concept to implementation, and implement best practices in software development. You ensure robust information security policies and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws and regulations. You will also develop an IT architecture that supports strategic business goals and oversee the integrity and efficiency of IT systems.

AI and Open Source

As Director of Software Development, you will manage international development teams and facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing. You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies such as AI and Open Source and implement them wherever possible.

Developing software solutions

You will be responsible for developing software solutions, including planning, budgeting and timelines. Together with the Director of Sales and Product and the Director of Finance and Organization, you will provide systems that minimize errors and ensure the highest quality standards.

Shaping strategic direction

As a board member, you will be a key advisor to the CEO and work closely with core suppliers and IT management to shape SnelStart’s strategic direction. With your leadership and expertise, you will help SnelStart realize its ambitions and lift the organization to a higher level.
