You act as a mentor for the more than 100 drivers: you address them on (driving) behavior but are also the listening ear. You are a real people manager who knows how to motivate people and create a piece of awareness. You understand the dynamics involved in a planning department, but also know the mindset of drivers. In this, you can build bridges!

As a driver coach, your working hours are flexible. You spend your time talking to drivers, planners and communicating changes and policies. You act on signals about (driving) behavior and link actions to this with the drivers.

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;
• Experience within the transportation industry;
• natural preponderance;
• Be able to connect at different levels;
• communicatively very strong;
• systematic thinker.
