What will you do?

As a financial conscience, you take a central role within the Management Team. You will combine strategic insight with practical feasibility, thus making a direct contribution to the growth and professionalization of Kisjes Transport & Rental. Specifically, you will be concerned with:

• Optimizing and professionalizing financial processes.
• Managing and developing the administrative team.
• Preparation of reports, monthly and annual closings, and payroll.
• Managing insurance matters and delving into the collective bargaining agreement.
• Acting as a sparring partner for management and colleagues within the MT.

Who are we looking for?

You are a proactive and reliable professional with experience in financial management roles. In addition, you are:

• Strategic and hands-on: You feel at home in a role with 60% management and 40% operational tasks.
• Positively critical and communicatively strong: You dare to ask questions and think about improvements.
• An experienced coach: You get the best out of your team and know how to motivate and develop people.
• Experienced: You have already done some flying hours, ideally as an ex-accountant or in a similar position. Experience in the transportation industry is nice to have, but not a requirement.
