As a Functional Application Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing IT team. As a Functional Administrator, you and your team colleagues will ensure that the applications function optimally. But also that the colleagues, who use the applications, (can) do so in an optimal way. This results in varied and multifaceted work. For example, one day you are mostly testing a new link or functionality and the next day you are answering user questions or writing a manual. And of course you will occasionally be busy solving an acute problem, that too!
Job Content:
- Keeping Dasko’s applications functioning optimally, which is crucial for trouble-free interfaces with other systems. Both in the Netherlands and for the branches in Poland and Germany.
- You are co-responsible for the management and continuity of Navision and are also the point of contact for all colleagues working with it as well as external parties.
- You will resolve both daily/single and structural problems related to Navision and other systems.
- You play an important role in preparing and testing updates and new releases.
- You will help translate business process changes into system changes or functionality extensions.
- You will draft user manuals, keep them up to date.
- You advise on innovative ICT opportunities and support the optimization of the ICT environment.
Job Requirements Functional Application Administrator
- HBO working and thinking level
- Min 1-3 years of working experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central 365
- Experience within a logistics company is a plus
- Team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility
- You are sociable, you know how to ask questions and get to the heart of a problem
- Strong analytical ability
- In addition to Dutch, you have excellent command of English and at least the basics of German
