General Manager
Location: Veldhoven — Baetsen
Entrepreneurial. Results-oriented. Connecting. For our client Baetsen-Groep in Veldhoven we are looking for an inspiring General Manager.
As General Manager, you are the commercial face of the Baetsen Group and ultimately responsible for the entire company consisting of Baetsen International Transport, Baetsen Crane Rental and Baetsen Service & Maintenance. You provide direct leadership to the managers of the various departments and oversee the operational processes at every level of the organization. You ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability by creating transparency and streamlined processes in all layers of the organization. You will develop and inspire a shared vision and ensure measurable results at key positions. With your natural leadership, you will build a culture of trust and commitment.
As Managing Director, you report to a proactive Supervisory Board. In consultation with the MT and the Supervisory Board, you determine the corporate strategy, organizational goals and (personnel) policies. You ensure that these are established in multi-year plans and that these plans are successfully realized.

- HBO+ / WO working and thinking level;
- Experience in transportation, cranes, engineering, logistics, industrial supply-chain;
