Group Aftersales Manager (strategic advisor).

You will be responsible for integral after sales policies of Pala Group and develop them together with the branch directors. You will report to the general manager of Pala Group. You will analyze and report weekly and monthly after-sales performance. You organize and lead periodic meetings with branch directors, after sales, parts managers and workshop managers.
You will manage about six aftersales employees at the holding company. You are an incisive personality, a high professional who is ready for the second or third step and leads with authority from professionalism, processes and facts. Working in a matrix structure is not an issue for you and you are a valued interlocutor at the importer level.

• HTS Automotive Engineering or similar
