HBO Transportation Planner Distribution

Are you a fast grower? Ambitious and well organized? Then read on because for Oegema Transport in Dedemsvaart we are looking for a HBO educated planner who knows how to get to work, wants to optimize processes and wants to perform better every day. In this position you are responsible for the planning of distribution routes in the Benelux. You supervise drivers, interact with customers and fellow planners, and work together to optimize planning using planning software. In addition, you think about improvement paths or develop management skills to be able to grow over time. 
At Ugema Transport, there are several departments where work in different shifts between 6 a.m. and 1 a.m. In total, the various departments employ 16 transportation planners and a number of assistant planners. You will be working in distribution planning with 4 fellow planners. 
With a very diverse fleet of vehicles, you see many opportunities and know how to manage yourself extremely well. Within this family business, the lines are short. You like direct communication and are energized by a hectic work environment. Job requirements HBO Transportation Planner Distribution

• HBO preferably logistics, business administration or technical business administration
• Minimum of 1 years work experience in a similar position
• Experience with TMS, scheduling software and MS office Excel
• Communicator at all levels, decisive.
• Natural doer, analytically strong, eager to learn.
