Jr. Operations Manager (entrepreneurial people-oriented)

You are responsible for the optimal availability of drivers and vehicles for the Valkenburg, Eindhoven and Den Bosch branches. You will facilitate, motivate and arrange everything necessary for the central planning in Apeldoorn to plan perfectly. You will report to the Regional Manager. You will manage 20-40 drivers and implement personnel policies including performance reviews. You will create the schedule schedules, absence planning, secure the quality and availability of the drivers and the resources they need to do their jobs accurately. You are structurally efficiency in execution.

• MBO education preferably in vehicle technology direction (chassis, hydraulics and superstructure)
• Affinity with the trucking and transportation industry
• Leadership experience, fast-paced and flexible
