Are you the logistics talent who puts together the daily transport planning from organizational insight? Do you enjoy logistical challenges and are you not easily upset?

We are looking for a Logistics Planner to join the team at FincoEnergies – Road Direct, a proud family-owned company that sells and transports (bio)fuels, lubricants and AdBlue in the Netherlands. 

FincoEnergies is at the forefront of the energy transition and a leader in the Dutch market when it comes to supplying (bio) fuels for transport, construction, agri and shipping, among others. 

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for keeping the logistics processes running smoothly and efficiently. You occupy a key position in balancing between cost minimization and maximum customer satisfaction. In addition, you understand better than anyone that safety must be ensured when transporting hazardous materials.

About the position

As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling trips for both fuels and lubricants.
• Reading telemetry readings and translating them into trips.
• Processing orders and maintaining contact with customers and suppliers.
• Managing periodic maintenance of our equipment 
• Directing drivers to ensure optimal service.

You will become part of a friendly team and work in shifts with a ‘week early – week late’ schedule. At FincoEnergies – Road Direct you will find a friendly atmosphere with short lines of communication. You will join a team with a lot of knowledge and motivation.   

FincoEnergies has a well-maintained fleet of vehicles. In addition, the company obtained the^2nd Lean and Green Star and the ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.  

Who are you

You are a driven person with HBO thinking and working level. You have an organizational talent with analytical insight and problem solving attitude.  

Since you will be in frequent contact with drivers, customers and various departments, it is important that you communicate easily. 

Logistics processes can change quickly, making flexibility a crucial trait. Furthermore, you are and remain calm and focused, even under pressure and in challenging situations.

• Initiative with problem-solving skills.
• Living in or near Epe 
• Good topographical knowledge.
• Stress resistance, flexibility and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of ADR is a plus.
