Manager Truck Dealers

The Truck Dealers Manager is primarily responsible for preparing, formulating and implementing a multi-year policy plan, underlying annual action plans and budget. Members of the BOVAG Truck Dealers division are represented on a board. They set policy, the manager executes and reports to the board chair.
Within this position, you will also be responsible for various strategic projects, which may or may not be carried out in collaboration with other departments. Examples include BOVAG Warranty, revamping the occasion site, customer review systems and Autolog. Project management runs like a thread through this position, so experience as a project manager is a requirement. The Manager of Truck Dealers does not hierarchically manage employees, but functionally (in the role of project leader) manages several employees. You encourage and initiate various forms of collaboration and are able to delegate work.
