About Flex Rent

Flex Rent offers a flexible solution for municipalities and governments to deploy dedicated vehicles with Euro 6 engines to reduce emissions of harmful substances such as NOx and particulate matter. Your duties and responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: You will develop and implement a clear vision and growth strategy for Flex Rent.
• Lead and develop team: You lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring the right people are in the right places.
• Commercial and technical steering: You maintain an overview of both commercial and operational processes.
• Results-oriented work: You drive revenue growth and profitability and market changes.
• Achieve international growth: You will open new markets and create opportunities for international expansion.

What do you bring?

• Experience: Minimum 5 years leadership experience, preferably in a technical or commercial environment, experience with Rental or transportation equipment is a plus.
• Vision and Ambition: You have strong strategic insight and a passion for growth and internationalization.
• Organizational strength: You know how to structure teams and manage specialists effectively.
• Commercial acumen: You understand market opportunities and know how to convert them into concrete results.
• Language Skills: Dutch and English are a must; other languages are a plus.
