As Operational Manager at Van Kommer, you are responsible for the entire logistics operation and you know how to completely relieve the owner on an operational level. With over 60 professional, driven employees, the organization offers a suitable solution for every logistics issue. In your role as Operations Manager, it is important that you can properly lead, monitor and improve logistics processes where necessary. You are the point of contact for customers, suppliers and employees. You are proactive, results-oriented and ensure pleasant cooperation between the parties involved.
As manager, you directly manage the Transportation Department and the Warehouse Department. Your team includes planners, logisticians and drivers. With your knowledge, experience and clear communication, you know how to deploy and motivate your team in the right place. You strive for joint success, efficiency and effectiveness. In doing so, you keep an eye for the customer but also for your colleagues and the organization. In recent years, the organization has grown rapidly and a lot has changed. It is up to you to maintain stability in the team. You are people-oriented and ensure employee bonding with the organization. As Operations Manager, you report directly to the Director, for whom you are also a sparring partner.
