Operations Manager

Hands-on manager, connector with a feel for people. Commercially strong, communicative and solution-oriented. Transportation man/woman at heart. You speak the language of the shop floor and take charge by nature. You are decisive and focused on the logistics operational activities of the company. In practice, this means that you manage both transport planning and warehouse activities. Your ideas on process improvement are concrete and you know how to gain support from management. You are a team player and have several years of experience in a similar position with a logistics service provider. The organization works with advanced automated systems, it is therefore important that you are knowledgeable and experienced with modern TMS and WMS programs.
The vacancy has arisen due to growth of the company. In this role, you will report to management.
