Operations Manager

YOUR ROLE

As Operations Manager, you are jointly responsible for the entire operation within Visser & Smit Hanab’s Business Unit Distribution.
You will ensure that the various projects and departments are managed effectively, efficiently and commercially, so that the set targets are met.
Your role is crucial to the growth and optimization of the unit, where you will have a direct influence on a turnover of tens of millions that will grow strongly, partly under your leadership.

Your club consists of approximately 100 people and you will build strong, high-performing teams.
You will also be responsible for optimizing processes and contract management, overseeing contract compliance and maintaining relationships with our valuable clients.

You have a proactive attitude and are able to coach and motivate teams.
Your communication skills enable you to interact effortlessly with various stakeholders and you are both people and results oriented.

• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Excellent analytical skills and process management experience
• Leadership skills to coach and motivate teams
• Entrepreneurial
• Industry experience is not an absolute must

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Salary: Approximately €7,000 gross per month, depending on experience (we are happy to discuss your salary requirements)
• Lease car
• 25 days off and 13 ATV days
• Freedom of entrepreneurship within the organization
