Sales Engineer

Your role

You will work with the diagnostic technician to expand and support the diagnostic department. In addition, you will attend manufacturer training and handle sales of diagnostic equipment by giving demonstrations on site. In addition, you will provide telephone and on-site post-sales support, and provide training for customers. You will manage licenses and upgrades, configure and reprogram operating systems as requested by customers. You will also provide technical support to the parts sales department and actively seek new customers and needs for further development of the diagnostic equipment in cooperation with the manufacturer.

Job Requirements

You have experience in diagnostics within the automotive sector, both for cars and trucks, and have also worked as a mechanic in automotive engineering. You are highly proficient with computers, both hardware and software. In addition, you are open to broadening your knowledge through self-study and training. Your communication skills are excellent, and you work accurately and with an eye for detail. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. You possess driver’s license B, and having driver’s license C is a plus. Finally, you are available to work according to our working hours from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
