Enterprising, enthusiastic and customer-oriented? As Service Advisor Trucks and light Commercial Vehicles at MAN Nederland B.V. in Apeldoorn, you are the point of contact for customers and external suppliers. You are commercial and dare to make decisions. With your strong communication skills and empathy, you speak the language of customers (entrepreneurs and drivers) and suppliers involved. With these above mentioned qualities and your technical knowledge, you know how to translate wishes and needs of customers as well as complex problems into appropriate solutions.
As Service Advisor Trucks, you will work daily with 8 driven, skilled mechanics and ensure clear communication towards the workshop. Because you thoroughly question the customer on the front end, you make an estimate of the diagnosis and plan repair and maintenance work in consultation with the Workshop Chief. After a repair is initiated, you inform the customer about the progress of the repair and keep a close eye on the schedule. You will also be responsible for the correct intake and delivery of vehicles. You will create your own work orders and ensure that all processes are properly recorded administratively. At the end of a process, you take care of proper invoicing and all other necessary actions. In this versatile position, it is important that you are able to keep a good overview. You will report to the business manager.
