For Century Autogroep we are looking for a Service Manager who is a good listener and knows how to live up to the customer’s trust together with his/her people. Someone who knows how to bring the level, efficiency and productivity in the workshops to the right level like no other. You will be responsible for the Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda and VW commercial vehicle dealerships in the city of Groningen and manage 22 mechanics, 8 service advisors, 6 warehouse employees and 3 Foremen and a workshop manager.
You will report to the Aftersales Manager of Century Auto Group. Pro-activity and people skills are your most important core qualities and as a natural leader you know how to create support and empower your people through empathy and authenticity.

- HBO Vehicle Engineering/Technical Business Administration or IVA-A
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a managerial aftersales role
- Up to date on the latest developments in the market
- Team builder, analytical, empathetic, natural leader
- Decisive, innovative, daring to take responsibility
