We are looking for a candidate who will take the workshop team to the next level and make them understand what a perfect customer experience is. 
You know better than anyone the game between customers, suppliers and your own employees. You are organizationally strong, can give confidence sees opportunities to do better every day. You will be responsible for a department where (NUMBER) of people work in an inside and outside sales department. On a weekly basis, you will meet with the Operations Manager and Director-Owner to discuss daily issues and objectives.

Job Requirements Service Manager Horse Trucks

• HBO work and thinking level mechanical engineering and/or automotive engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Knowledge and experience with ISAH is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of German, English and Dutch in word and writing.
• Communicative at all levels
• Leader, catalyst and improver
