Workshop Manager

Involved. People manager. Decisive. As Workshop Manager at Sent Waninge Twente BV in Hengelo you are responsible for optimal customer satisfaction, the process, the execution in the workshop as well as managing the team. The team consists of 18 full-time Mechanics, two Service Advisors and the Cooperating Workshop Manager. With your enthusiasm and leadership, you know how to motivate, coach and manage your team. You will monitor repair and maintenance activities within the workshop and make adjustments as needed. 
You are results-oriented and know what it takes to best serve diverse clients by making services better every day. You will monitor and analyze workshop performance against relevant KPIs. You will discuss your key insights with the Region Manager during site work meetings. Of course, it is your responsibility to act on this correctly and in a timely manner. 

As a Workshop Manager, you have technical knowledge and know how to deploy your team in the right place from your experience and clear communication. You are closely and visibly involved in the process, make choices and know how to delegate tasks. Ultimately, you strive for joint success where efficiency is important without losing sight of the customer. In addition to the daily cooperation with the mechanics, you will work intensively with, among others, the Cooperating Workshop Manager, the Technical Specialist, the Service Advisors and the central Business Office. Together you will provide the ultimate customer experience and service. As a Workshop Manager, you will report to the Region Manager.

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level;
• At least five years of experience in a similar position;
