We are looking for a people manager who has experience in managing a commercial vehicle workshop. Responsible for scheduling, follow up, quality, efficiency, supervision of students and conducting performance reviews. Motivates to work in an orderly and structured manner. Questions related to technology, billing and warranty claims are resolved in a customer-focused manner. 
The Maasdijk location employs 13 mechanics and 2 service coordinators. Working closely with branch manager and other colleagues, we improve in process and product every day. Volvo Trucks wants to remain the market leader when it comes to excellent truck service.
