Operations Manager

Your role: From strategy to action

As Operations Manager, you are a crucial link within the Leadership Team and responsible for the day-to-day operation of our logistics processes, auctions and site management. You will work closely with the Auction and Yard managers to ensure efficient and streamlined operations while implementing strategic improvements. You will also work with your European colleagues, as a large portion of sales go across borders.

You have a keen eye for process optimization, see opportunities to work more efficiently and know how to involve teams in this. You analyze performance, convert data into concrete improvement actions and ensure continued compliance with laws and regulations. In addition, you play an active role in innovation: from automation to making our processes more sustainable.

• Data-driven approach – You work with KPIs and have experience with process optimization (Lean is a plus).

In addition, you bring:

• Minimum of an HBO/WO degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in a dynamic industry such as logistics, warehousing or automotive.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
