In the position of After Sales Engineer you will be part of the WE & MEA After Sales team. You will be working closely together with your After Sales colleagues, Quality colleagues and our R&D team. Of course you have a lot of contact with our subsidiaries, dealers and customers in the Western Europe & Middle East Africa regions.

Your core tasks would be to:
• Support the technical helpdesks
• Handle incoming technical warranty claims
• Identify root causes and follow up on quality items
• Provide technical training to colleagues, dealers and customers
• Visit subsidiaries and dealers of Hyva within the regions (for technical support)
• Report After Sales statistics, trends and financials

Functie-eisen After Sales Engineer (Sr.)

• HTS Mechanical Engineering – or equivalent
• High level of product and its application knowledge
• Good knowledge of industry products like mobile hydraulics, Truck Industry, related electronics, applications and mechanical structures
• Comprehensive understanding of the Hyva and OEM market and trends
• Knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Understanding of customer need analysis, market surveys and competitive activities
• Strong customer focus and market driven approach
• Business oriented
• Working globally in a multi-cultural environment • Understanding of and experience of working in a matrix organization • Expert in understanding and creating statistic reports. • Effective presentation and communication skills • Fluent in written and spoken English, preferable one extra language as German or French
